covid-19

To be able to safely remain open, we must comply with Toronto Public Health guidelines. These are in place to protect both our safety & the one of our beloved clients.

Here are the precautions we are taking on our end:

1. All employee must wear a mask at all times.

2. We are currently offering services under appointments only. This allows us to control the inflow of customers & prevent overcrowding.

3. We wash with soap, disinfect with 70% isopropyl alcohol, & sterilize our tools in a sterilizer after every single use. This is a basic sanitation protocol we were already following before the pandemic.

4. We installed plexiglass shields on every work station to offer additional protection between clients & employees.

5. We thoroughly clean & disinfect tables, chairs, plexiglass & other accessories after every services. Our disinfecting spray is made of 70% isopropyl alcohol, water, lavender & tea tree essential oil.

6. Customers will always be sitting 6 feet apart. For the manicures, we only use two stations at a time per table, leaving a 6 feet space between both stations. For the pedicures, every other massage chair is kept vacant to ensure there is enough distance between clients.

7. We dedicate the last 30 minutes of the day to go over each & every work stations and pedicure chairs to disinfect them one last time as we perform our cleaning routine before closure.

Here are the precautions our customers must take:

1. Every customer must wear a mask. If you do not have one, we have some available at the cost of 1$. We honor mask exemptions due to health conditions. People who refuse to wear a mask without a valid reason won't be allowed inside.

2. Before we start your service, please wash your hands seconds or use hand sanitizer.

3. We are currently only taking appointments. Seating is limited so please leave children and elders at home, unless they have a booking as well. If you need someone to pick you up, have them wait in the car. Do not show up early for your appointments, if you do please wait outside until your appointment time.

4. Limit conversations to reduce aerosolized droplets which are produced by talking, coughing, or sneezing.

5. We encourage wearing flip flops for clients who come in for a pedicure with regular polish. This way, clients can dry their toes on their way home & avoid overcrowding the salon as space is limited.

6. If you are feeling unwell, have a fever, coughing or any signs of sickness, please cancel your appointment and reschedule.

Please note: Due to those extended sanitation protocols, customers may be required to wait up to 5 minutes before being seated. Although this situation is very unlikely, it remains a possibility.
